Sorting Aprons are highly functional organizational tools, utilized by Letter Carriers during mail delivery. When residual DPS mail is identified on the route, it's immediately sorted into the DPS residual mail apron. Upon route completion, Letter Carriers remove mail from each apron pocket for bundling and reprocessing.
